I have been in at least 4 american buildings without this floor. 

The great majority of important american buildings follows this superstition but the Empire State.

I&#039;ve heard about what you&#039;ve written...but it&#039;s the first time I see a picture proving that the superstition actually existed xDD

I know there is a superstition, at least in UK, about colours and things. For instance, superstitious people will NOT eat yellow or green coloured candies...or they will never buy a green car. In contrast, in the UK to have a black cat it is not a signt of bad luck.
